Our all-star prep program is designed as a year around sport, and just like our competitive program, team placement is based on athletes age and ability. These teams practice 1 day a week and travel only 1 time out of state to compete at our last national event of the season. These teams are for athletes ages 5-18
Looking for a non traveling team with less expenses? Our performance and recreational teams are a great alternative! These teams are split into 2 seasons: August-December and January-May. These teams perform at 1 showcase per season. No experience is needed to tryout.
Looking to cheer without committing to a team? Our Cheerleading 101 class is a great alternative for athletes who feel they are not able to commit to a team. This class is 1 hr 30 min of teaching the FUNdamentals to cheerleading alternating between tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions.
This class is designed for beginners to train all the basic elements of tumbling progressions from forward rolls to back handsprings. No experience in needed to enroll in this class.
(Team Level 1)
This class is for athletes working intermediate skills such as running back handspring tucks, ariels, front tucks as well as combination passes. Prerequisite: Back handspring
(Team Levels 2 & 3)
This class is geared toward athletes who have mastered all skills with correct execution and technique in our black tumbling class. Our sliver tumbling class focuses on layouts as well as twisting skills and advanced combo passes.
(Team Levels 4 & 5)
Private lessons are offered to give athletes a better breakdown of skills as well as more one on one time with a trained coach. Private lessons can be booked in person or online through the link at the top of our page under "Book A Lesson" .
Open gym is offered to the public every Tuesday & Friday from 8:00PM-10:00PM. This is the perfect time for athletes to sharpen up their skills in a safe environment.
